From Melbourne Kitchens to Singapore Hawker Stalls
Founded by Amber Pong, a pastry chef who honed her craft in a French patisserie in Melbourne and at Starter Lab in Singapore. Together with her half-retired father, she opened a hawker stall at Ghim Moh Market to make quality, artisanal bakes accessible to everyone.
What started as a humble stall has grown into two locations — the original Ghim Moh hawker bakery, and The Headless Baker & Sons at The Star Vista, serving French viennoiseries alongside specialty coffee from Tiong Hoe.
